Most golf software makes you book a call to hear a number. Here is ours. Your golfers pay nothing, ever — the app they use is free to them and carries your course's name.

The base

$100per month · standard market

$200per month · larger metro market

Billed all 12 months, off-season included. Same platform either way — nothing is feature-gated, and the price difference is market size alone. A municipal nine-holer gets the same engine as a destination club.

Plus a share of found money — and only that

On top of the base we take a share of revenue we can prove we caused. Marginal brackets, each month:

The first $1,000 found	2%
Up to $5,000	3%
Above that	5% — a hard cap, never more

If we find you nothing in a month, the bill is the base alone.

What counts as found money

Only revenue with a receipt you can open — and we count it at a deliberate haircut, 75%, because some of it might have come anyway:

A lapsed golfer who came back through a win-back campaign
A standby golfer promoted into a slot a cancellation freed
A booking that arrived through a deal you posted
Food and drink ordered through the app (counted at 100% — it wouldn't exist otherwise)

Modeled estimates — "smart pricing probably earned you X" — are shown to you but never billed.

What we never charge

Commission on ordinary bookings	Nothing. The rounds you'd have sold anyway are yours.
Bartered tee times	None, ever. We don't take inventory.
Payment markup	0%. You're the merchant of record; money settles to your account and we never touch it.
Golfer fees	$0. No booking fees, no subscription, no ads.
Setup or onboarding	$0. Your course maps itself from public data in about twenty minutes.

The founding lock. Courses that join before general opening keep the launch base — $100 or $200 a month — for as long as they stay on Guulf, no matter what later courses pay. No free-trial games and no teaser rates: the best price is the first one, and it's locked.

What's included at that price

Booking and your own fee-free booking link, the tee sheet, the roster and member CRM, marketing and deals, food & beverage, the grounds work board, and the AI general manager. One price, nothing sold separately. 5,000 marketing emails a month per course are included, then $1 per 1,000 — confirmations, reminders and receipts never count against it.
